A crossword made of equations. You get a bank of number tiles and a grid of blanks. Every row and column must work, and each tile is used once. Easy is 9×9, Hard goes to 11×11.
Easy and Medium are 9×9 with fewer blanks. Hard is 11×11. You can resume a grid later if you leave mid-puzzle.
Tap a blank, then a tile. Each line is a real equation. Use a tile twice and the line will not work.
A wrong tile costs a life. Hints point at a legal tile for the selected blank. Clear the board and your time is saved.
Enough numbers already placed that you can deduce the rest without guessing.
Longer chains of equations. One wrong tile usually blocks the next line.
A bigger board and fewer freebies. Plan before you spend lives.
